We Facilitate - Strategize- Communicate - Plan - Coach - Guide

Assist with strategic planning that matters – creating vision, values,  and aspirations – along with practical tactics to implement  them and business plans to pay for them. Options range from facilitating “single-event” retreats that jumpstart creativity and lay out a pathway, all the way to assisting in the entire planning process.

Provide executive coaching to nonprofit CEOs and senior managers, giving them an objective third party for brainstorming, problem-solving, and helpful performance critique.

Help improve nonprofit boards  so they can:

  • act strategically;
  • set high-level policy;
  • allocate time wisely; and
  • work in partnership with the CEO.

Design and organize meetings, moderate discussions, and create documents synthesizing results and group decisions.

Design and facilitate discussions with  organizational parties exploring mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic alliances that provide  scale, services, and specialization to compete more effectively.

Undertake organization-wide projects to insure alignment between governance, management, and operations.  Such alignment can lead to structural redesign and systems improvement so that resources can be strategically deployed.

Assist organizations and their leaders to communicate with clarity, enthusiasm, and impact.  Options include coaching staff writing, doing writing projects, editing, and writing speeches.
